- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the account on file with bdbbaji. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

By using bdbbaji, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund your bdbbaji account;
- Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified identification documents during KYC verification;
- Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one bdbbaji account, regardless of the payment methods, devices, or personal details used;
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hands in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or manipulating sportsbook outcomes through match-fixing;

- Unauthorised commercial activity: Advertising, promoting, or soliciting other bdbbaji players on behalf of any third-party business, product, or service without bdbbaji's prior written consent.
bdbbaji employs sophisticated fraud detection and account monitoring systems that operate continuously across all platform transactions. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bdbbaji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account in question, freeze the associated balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a violation. Frozen funds will not be returned in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering.
All confirmed cases of fraud, identity theft, or financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities in Bangladesh as required by applicable law.
Account Suspension & Closure
bdbbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified;
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
- Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player;
- A self-exclusion request made by the account holder;
- A request from a legal or regulatory authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account;
- Identification of the account holder as an underage player;
- Prolonged account inactivity (see Dormant Account policy below).
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your bdbbaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds and bonus winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdbbaji will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders via their registered email address before taking any action. After a dormant period of 24 consecutive months with no response to our contact attempts, bdbbaji reserves the right to close the account and apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to the remaining balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account holder re-engages. Any remaining positive balance at the time of dormant account closure will be held for a minimum of 5 years, during which the account holder may reclaim it by contacting [email protected] with satisfactory proof of identity.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Limitation of Liability
